Music

The purpose of music in our worship is to draw attention to God and glorify Him. Our music ministry consists of choir (September through May) and various instrumentalists, soloists and small ensembles. Special choral events are presented for Christmas, Easter and at the end of the choir season in May.

Security, Multi-Media, Ushers

A group of individuals are on hand each week solely for the purpose of your comfort and security. Ushers can assist with any questions or needs you may have. Security people are in operation to ensure the building is safe and secure. Pagers are used to effect instant communication throughout the building and campus. Multi-media technicians monitor and run audio/visual equipment, lighting, etc. for a quality service.

Prayer Chain

Canaan Bible Chapel maintains a network of members and believers who actively pray for special needs, both regular prayer requests listed in the weekly bulletin, and unexpected, urgent requests. Prayer requests will be kept anonymous if requested, but all are considered confidential. If you would like to have a request go through this network, pick up a prayer bulletin for more information, call the office, or use this form.

Facilities Volunteers

Our facilities are used year-round, all week long. Canaan Bible Chapel has been blessed with a large pool of volunteers who clean, perform repairs, decorate, set up and take down after events, and do just about anything when the need arises. From the sanctuary to the gardens, lawns and grounds; from painting to snow plowing; from taking down trees to changing lights - it would be impossible to put a dollar amount on all the manpower that keeps CBC and CCA running and looking its best for God.
